Manufacturing Perception: NFB’s “Planning Canada’s National Capital”(1949)

In recent years, engineers and urban designers have been working together to bridge the traditional gap between transportation planning and place-making. A new and progressive document seeks the best fit between the urban thoroughfare and the character of the surrounding neighbourhood. Will this document become the new common ground between large-scale mobility and local community-making?
